Its understandable that these "reefer" trailers be kept running for a short period- but it seems these trailers are used as permanent extra cold storage. Seems a shame to run these noisy polluters 24/7 when clean power is available from the grid. This is equivalent to running a generator to power your business rather than pay for clean utility power.

The property in question has been neglected for years, overgrown weeds and trees in the front and back yard, backed up sewerage in the basement and it smells extremely bad. We as neighbors to this is tired of the owner not doing nothing. The owner name of the property is Jackie thorne and she lives 322 n felton on the same block

5201-5299 Lancaster Ave Philadelphia, PA 19131, USA - Wynnefield
At this five-way intersection of Lancaster Ave., 52nd St., and Lansdowne Ave., all major arteries, the flow control is shockingly bad. No overhead signs, no lane markings, no left turn arrows as far as I could tell. I was headed east on Lancaster and felt lucky to have gotten through unscathed. How often are there accidents there? Got to be at least 3x/week ...
