I have had considerable problems in my rental property concerning the up keep by my landlord and necessary repairs. For most with black mold issues and other repairs that have been signed off by the housing authority even though the work was not completed but told landlord complied. I have COPD and a minor child living is this property for 8 years and believe they just let the landlords in this town get away with murder. I am a single parent and my health has gotten considerable worse because of my landlords neglect. I would like an investigation into this house and do not know how to go about. Any information would greatly be appreciated. I have done 2 mold tests in this house and both show black mold.
