The Third Ave Tot Lot playground is in a dangerous state of neglect and disrepair. We visited yesterday, April 10, 2017 and noted the following problems: Rusted, cracked play structure; litter everywhere, including cigarette butts; a large tree branch on the ground; broken fence; missing gate; weeds; full trash cans; cracked swings; missing sand/mulch making play equipment too high off the ground; and weeds and grass clippings left on the ground. Why is this playground neglected when other Richmond City Tot Lots are taken care of?

Citizen states that there are a lot of potholes on the entire 2nd Ave

Please repair potholes near the following addresses: 2015, 2116, 2303, 2313, 2603, 2700, and 2810 2nd avenue Richmond , Va. Note, all of these are located on 2nd avenue

This issue has been closed, but the tree limbs are stlll in the alleyway behind this address.

The landlord cleaned out the house and left furniture and trash in the back yard. he also never comes to maintain the grass.
