    All of road surface Chester Drive is bad...but near the intersection of Lowell and also near Vallerand Rd there are huge potholes that the city has not fixed in over 1 year....Avoid at all costs folks...the road messed up my alignment twice this year!

    During a windy thunder storm last spring the light pole fell.

    It has been over 1 year and the City of Tracy is still not fixed the issue or put up a new light pole!.

    Lots of cars have now gotten broken into because it is so dark at night.

    Very poor repair system by the City of Tracy...The pole has been broken for over a year now.

    Ever since the expansion of N Corral Hollow Rd from Grant Line Rd to West Valley Mall turn (From one Lane to Two lanes); traffic on W Kavanagh Ave has increased significantly. Most lunatic drivers drive up to 50 mph or faster on W Kavanagh, endangering the lives of pedestrians and children. STOP signs on W Kavanagh Ave (on intersection with Golden Springs Drive) ARE a JOKE. About 40% drivers do not take these STOP signs. This intersection needs SPEED Bumps before somebody gets hurt or killed.
