    This is a LPEA box (#28694) located on the East side of East 2nd Ave., behind North City Market. The worst of the graffiti is on the east side of the box, the side facing the river/railroad tracks. Not sure if this is the place it should be reported, or if I should contact LPEA.

    Need a new (or relocated) "No Outlet" sign. Google maps now shows Riverbend as a through street, and we have seen an increase in traffic, especially larger vehicles, with drivers thinking they can get through. The road is already torn up considerably and the increased traffic is just exacerbating the situation.
