    The sidewalk along the east side of Cherokee is in complete disrepair. Completely cracked and uneven and unkempt, it has become dangerous and completely ADA unaccessible. This street is a major pedestrian path for golden triangle residents to downtown.

    On the north east corner of the intersection of 14th and Broadway there's a large concrete square surrounding a sewer cover that sticks up about 5 inches above sidewalk level and is a significant tripping hazard. The hazard is at a busy intersection and lays directly in front of a sidewalk. The surrounding concrete is crumbling and is disrepair.

    I wish there were neighborhood parking stickers for the neighborhood residents because when there is an event at the Ogden Theatre, Fillmore Auditorium or any of the local bars, it is very difficult for the residents to find a parking space. About 1 mile down the road, close to the Bluebird Theatre, there are neighborhood parking stickers for those residents. Can that system be extended further west toward the city?

    The traffic light often cycles several times without allowing someone to turn left from Northbound Colorado Blvd. onto Buchtel Blvd, but only at night.

    On Park Avenue between Larimer and Market/Walnut, there is curb parking, but since it is not striped separately from the street, it is often used as a raceway by aggressive drivers. This parking area needs to be striped with a solid line.

    I've lived in the area for 4 years and it isn't uncommon for cars to speed in this lane and strike a parked vehicle, or swerve to the right to avoid hitting a parked car, causing traffic to slam on its brakes when they cut in.

    There is a very,very lasrge pothole at the railroad tracks and entrance to the business at basically 51st and joliet. A small car actually got stuck in the pothole and had to be pushed out this week. This is an ongoing problem and is getting worse by the day. This is extreamely dangerous if a motor cycle were to hit this hole,it would be a disaster..
