The green left turn arrow for northbound Cleveland to westbound Larpenteur is broken. This is very confusing for motorists in both directions.

Low hanging branch is obscuring exit sign for Como Ave.

There is a small stretch of road here where cars, buses, pedestrians, bikers, and the like are dangerously swerving to avoid potholes (and traffic).

The STOP sign on the N/E corner of Idaho and Arona is leaning. It seems something or someone ran into it.

A request form, along with a small bottle to provide a water sample, was left at our door for a free water analysis. Simply complete the card, collect the sample and leave both on your door to be picked up the next day. There is no information on who is providing this service. In addition to name, address, telephone #, they are also requesting household income range. It seems a bit suspicious.
