900 Richards St Vancouver, BC V6B 5E4, Canada - VancouverI am a flagger with go traffic. I was working on some ice in a manhole directly at the entrance of easy Park via the lane way. I witnessed an elderly gentleman crossing the street and his scooter his left wheel get the pothole and his scooter fell over to the left and the gentleman fell out and hit his head on the asphalt thankfully there were people that stopped to help me get him back in his scooter and there were no injuries but this is very dangerous and should be looked at -
