Particularly, the area of 40th Place just prior to the corner where it meets Emerson Street. There is a high bank on the property (5005 Emerson St). The retaining wall is collapsing into the road.     Hello, I would like to flag an ongoing occurrence (almost daily). A parked vehicle is consistently parked on this corner - directly under the no parking sign. The narrowness of Emerson Street at this corner makes it very dangerous for two-way traffic that is impeded. I will try to get a picture when possible.

    Hello,
    One or two parked vehicles are consistently parked at this corner (40th Place and Emerson Street), obstructing two-way traffic in a very narrow lane. Last week, this situation nearly caused an accident for the vehicle turning the corner from 40th Pl onto Emerson and it created a big challenge for a bus that attempted to do the same. The car(s) are parked here daily: a gold GMC Arcadia and a silver Jeep Cherokee.
