    Vallejo Heritage Society owns this space, 419 Farragut Ave. Please do not allow illegal camping across from our homes....! Unregistered, uninsured van now parked on lot. It always starts with one tent, or one vehicle. (3/15/24)........it attracts others when it is not nipped in the bud immediately....How large will you (COV) allow this illegal public nuisance encampment to grow before doing something about this.....There are plenty of place to illegally camp in this city which are not directly in front of residences or businesses.

    This homeless white man has been staying here for several months now. He tags graffiti all over the property and will not let the owners into their own property to maintain the building. He is extremely hostile and throws items and rocks at passerbys. He has a metal rod and has tried to hit the owners and their vehicle. Vallejo PD do not come to remove him or protect others.

    I witnessed this vehicle spinning donuts at the intersection of Meadows and Catalina Way. It then drove back towards Cabana Isle with both rear tires flat. As displayed in this photo, a flat rear tire can be seen. I believe that vehicles parked at this address are more than likely involved in Vallejo sideshows and spinning donuts on Meadow Drive. Reckless driving during the day (or night) has the potential to harm a pedestrian or an innocent driver. There was a vehicle parked near this address with Colorado license plates. It was towed away about 2 weeks ago. It had shredded tires.

    1 Van and 5-6 vehicles of people living in cars with children and unleashed dogs. The are mostly younger people playing loud music, screaming at each other, and fixing cars in the middle of the road. They are bullies and scary. Homeless people should lie low and be quiet an not act like they own the street. they should hide and not bother tax-paying citizens. Please have them move to another spot.

    For several months now this RV hasn't moved, the occupants have about 5 additional vehicles and they have completely trashed the sidewalk, sharp metal cardboards, everywhere. Sometimes they block the street with their vehicles making it unsafe for everyone They have dogs running around with no leash , very aggressive dogs and no one feels safe in the community. They had a bbq grill with fire in it right next to the bushes which is next to the retirement community Extremely dangerous for them to do that and put everyone at risk. I have seen several reports about this and no action from the city. Please do something this has always been such a nice area why aren't you helping the tax paying community If you are a resident of oddstad dr I highly encourage you to report this and we need to bring this to the news or something this is taking way too long !m?..a

    This RV was previously covered with a black tart. It was on Meadows for couple of months. I report was made and they police told them to leave. They left, but now the same vehicle is back and being lived in. A second rV has now arrived and is occupied, too.
