    the water or sewer does what they call inprovements. replaceing the water line they dig up our roads. our new paved roads that is. and when they are done, our roads are worse then before the were paved, I have to move out off this @#$% hole tired of fking my new cars and truck up on these roads

    this is a fixit patch job done last year by the water co or Peco and ofcourse now look at....it was done so lousy that now its a pothole.....every car hits it and we can hear when someone is in the house with the air on.....please fix the patch correctly in front of my house, thanks
