    2 -3 feet deep and wide gaping holes in the front yard between the utility boxes and the road. The area where the water runs down is wearing away. Holes need to be packed and filled. A couple of the holes are more than 3 feet deep. The road crew fixed the problem previously, but each time we have torrential rain, the same thing happens. The soil is unable to hold the weight of the water.
