Tenant at 10832 Mallard Dr Jonesboro Ga 30238 parks numerous Vehicles on vacant lot that is under Code Enforcement Abatement Specialized Team for violations see CE23-8845 tenant does not have permission to park his vehicles on private property from owner of vacant lot. The community fear oil spill from the vehicles parked on grass area on this lot can possibly harm all who are adjacent to the property therefore we request an investigation for the quality of life, our property values and the safety of this community

Property has been vacated a green trash can was left on property someone has filled the trash can to capacity and is now dumping their garbage alongside of the trash can onto the ground

This clearly impedes the Quality of Life we the Homeowners Property Tax Payers look to Clayton County authority to enforce

This truck has been parking out in front of this location for several days now. It is being stored here on the street at night as well. The owner also parks it in front of my mail box. There are many infractions here. Parking a commercial truck in a residential neighborhood, parking in wrong direction, and additionally it will prevent large emergency vehicles from coming and going should there be a need when time is of the essence. I tried speaking with the neighbor but to no avail.

There are bed mattresses, tires, broken basketball goals, a vehicle wheel axle, and trash and rubbish in the road and off to the curb .

Junk cars and some cars without plates have been parked in this location all the time.
