    Our city council person asked us to post on see click fix. This house has six to eight vehicles parked there every single day, still no action from the city. This house also has repeated noise violations with loud drumming occurring a couple of times a week lately- so loud it can be heard three or four houses away in every direction. No consulting with neighbors beforehand.

    I don't believe the residents at 614 Welsh are responsible for this mess....it was the best way to give you an idea where the location of this trash is.

    I'm not sure if it's a resident getting their yard ready for spring, or one of the construction crews on Welsh dumping their trash, but I just don't think it's right for our sanitation crews to be expected to get out with a shovel and clean up these massive piles of dirt - one shovel at a time. Also, trash is just being piled on top of the dirt.

    Maybe this is something the sanitation crews do, manually scoop up this type of trash, it just doesn't seem fair to them to have to do that because someone is too lazy to do it themselves. Thanks.
