homeless encampment blocking sidewalk with built structure on public sidewalk.

This bus is the same bus that was dumped on 41st at Shafter last summer. The cops tracked down the owners and told them to get rid of it, so they drove it a few blocks to MLK at 36th and dumped it again. Now it is covered with graffiti, including the license plates, but the DoT plaque is still visible. (And now the Oakland police no longer deal with abandoned vehicles.) This bus belongs to Galactic Transporter, USDOT Number 1643333 and MC Number 627475, which was located at 2201 Brush St in Oakland. The company probably went kaput and was stuck with a bus with defective pollution controls (the company was fined for that) so it has been trying to unload the bus on the cheap instead of doing it the legal way. The city should fine the company or the company's principals for repeat violations (and we're talking about something the size of two or three shipping containers, not a mattress or a toilet) and use the money to send this junk off to be recycled. I now have to walk in the street every day in order to get to BART.

Tragedy has struck due to city incompetence. Fatal accident as a result of traffic light broken for over a year and homeless encampment swallowing entire sidewalk and traffic light infrastructure. Does this need to coordinated with Caltrans, do you need their number? This is beyond gross negligence at this point.

This homeless encampment is spreading onto the street and sidewalk. There is a black truck parked on the sidewalk, a tent, a couch, and lots of trash. This encampment is causing lots of issues in this neighborhood

Please remove the bus that's parked there and all the items/trash piled on the sidewalk and along the fence. The entrance and gate and access to the park are blocked. Thank you.
