Drainage ditch is filled in and overflowing water across the street and filling into pastureland. I cleared some with a pitch fork but I’m not strong enough to get the roots and leaves completely out. I know you’re busy, so thanks in advance.

These trash can have increased in quantity in recent months and trash is regularly overflowing and being left on the ground. Trash cans are falling over and rolling around. Trash includes recycling and non-recycled materials. Animals are foraging in this waste. The trash cans are not being removed between trash collection days and some cans appear to be abandoned. Trash cans could easily be located at owners driveways but instead COBI are wrongly allowing these to be grouped on this public right of way. The Trash is a danger to traffic and local wildlife. Local residents have made repeated complaints to COBI over the last few years but still nothing has been done. (The cans in the photo look relatively tidy, only because a member of Derby Downs HOA, who have nothing to do with this Trash, took the step to tidy up due to the acute dangers being caused. at the time This was a temporary measure that will not last). Please have the trash cans located to a suitable location and enforce proper maintenance of such.

McRedmond road is getting worse with each heavy rainstorm. Water drains along the road itself and is forming deep ruts. The debris from these ruts washes down onto Wardwell.

Ongoing issue -- the recycle bins being stored at the intersection of Wardwell, Bucsit and McRedmond continue to stray well into the roads S and E, and onto private property W. I add my voice to the call to have BI Disposal figure out a way to pick up at customer homes. This shouldn't have to impact the rest of us.
