Potentially dangerous electrical exposure.

Now 3 lights are out on court 3! It's become a safety hazard.

Please inform when lights will be in and replaced. I was told on
10/20/2023 that they were ordered.

The cement by the tennis courts in front t of courts 1 and 2 gets very wet and flooded when these sprinklers are on. This happens in the am when the tennis club is there. It is dangerous and unsafe as people have slipped coming off the grassy area and onto the cement. Not to mention their shoes are wet from coming through the puddle and can cause slipping on the courts during play.
Also, there are several lights out on the tennis courts that inhibit safe play at night for the many people throughout the week that enjoy playing tennis after work and when the hot sun has died down. Please repair these lights gor the safety of the players. Thank you!

Irrigation is flooding the tennis courts.

Please post pickleball waiting/queuing rules at the courts. There have been differences in opinion what the wait rules are. Fight almost broke out.

Also, please check that the info from QR code is still current. It is different than what was communicated in most recent community newsletter.

Pickleball is very popular. Please consider building more courts.

I am looking for an update on replacement of the burnt out and dim lights on the tennis courts. It is my understanding that lights have been ordered. When will lights be delivered? When will lights be installed. Someone is going to get hurt playing under the current lighting conditions. Four lights are completely out with others putting off very little light. The HOA has been aware of this issue for months. The minimum standard should be the rectangular LED lights used on the pickle ball courts. The pickle ball lights are a downgrade compared to the lights used at the Sun City and Sun City Grand tennis courts but an upgrade from the lighting currently on the Village tennis courts. The cylindrical LED lights that have been used on the tennis courts are inadequate and obviously a replacement based on cost instead of need. The picture represents one side of court three. 3 of the 4 lights are completely out. I have left messages on this matter with Eric and Theresa over the last couple of months. I am still waiting for the return call that I requested.

2nd Request. #15961546 was closed stating light timer had been changed. Pool lights & cafe lights were still on at 9am & went off around 9:45am.

The pickleball gate needs urgent repair. The lock is broken and it poses a security risk for the facility. Could you please arrange for a replacement or repair as soon as possible?

Also, I noticed that the keypad’s faceplate is missing again. This could damage the keypad and affect its functionality. I kindly request you to fix this issue as well.
