Well construction damage

To whom it may concern, This is the third request as to what happened our street lighting at the South East corner of Cavavan Lane and Oracle. This light has been there since the development of the residence. I first sent a request to relamp the light standard only to find out the light standard,pole and luminaire are no longer there. Was it stolden, removed for repalcement etc. for NO one is responding to my requests. It has now been a couple of weeks without this luminare. When will it be replaced, repaired and reinstalled. There are quite a few resident asking about this and the absence of this luminaire. This is not a signal light and the concern is street lighting that has been removed, stolden and not replaced. Pleas provide some sort of response regarding this very important issue and a major concern of the residents of the neighborhood. If it was removed by whom, authorized, authorization by whom and when, and what date was it authorized to be removed and when was it removed.

Multiple uneven sidewalk sections in this location

Construction company didn’t remove debris from roadwork done in another neighborhood. They left it on the side of the road for a few months.

Please add Overton Rd B/t Shannon Rd & N Upper Bluffs Drive to the "Paving List". Thank you.

Several large potholes are caving in the entire road This is a busy intersection in the neighborhood and needs addressed sooner than later please

asking for pothole patching along Hardy road.

Pima County is performing re-paving work in our community for the first time in 68 years. The picture uploaded is only one spot where the amount of work being completed is unacceptable. If not corrected the community will be left with ongoing issues on a road that was supposed to be brand new. Plus the current state of the road re-paving work does not resolve the pedestrian safety issues that was raised in a community petition presented to the pima county representative.

Hoarder house junk ,trash. Construction equipment, steel supply’s, several abandoned vehicles with out of state plates not moved for months.Pima county sheriffs office called several times .(nothing done) check date of truck out front on google maps parked on the street. Still there untouched not running. Oxygen tanks (several in front tard(safety hazard to area.

A vendor has parked on the Orange Grove Rd shoulder in the right of way for the last two weeks. They have a big truck and canopied booth and are selling banners and t-shirts.

Cars are pulling on and off Orange Grove unexpectedly, right where it narrows from two lanes to one on westbound OG. It is a traffic hazard and vehicles aren’t supposed to be parked in the right of way, especially for this length of time.

Why haven’t they received the big orange sticker telling them to move or they’ll be cited? Please tell them to move before they cause a traffic accident.

Please contact the constituent regarding roads in the county such as Orange Grove Rd @ 1st Av. Requesting aprons for future road improvements that need to be installed at the corners of the intersections to prevent rock debris f/m going into the roadway when drivers are turning along the corners of the intersections of the roadways. Hello. A truck has set up on the north shoulder of Orange Grove Rd. selling signs, banners, and t-shirts. It is causing a hazard because of cars pulling over to shop there.

They seem to be parked in the county easement for Orange Grove Rd. Could you please tell them they are not allowed to park there every day? Is there a prohibition on conducting retail business in a residential zone? They do not live on adjoining properties; they are just squatting there.

I didn’t worry about it too much when I thought they were just there for a day or weekend. But they have been parking there every day for 2 weeks and show no sign of leaving. They do leave at night but set up again every morning.

I’m hoping you can do some sort of cease & desist or something to make them vacate this narrow portion of Orange Grove. It is between La Cañada & La Cholla where the road is 2 lane and narrow. Thanks.
