Can we please discuss the ongoing trash issue at 100 North Sandy Lane? The household has repeatedly been in conflict with the following trash guidelines provided by the township:

"24 Hours Before/After. By ordinance 187, Trash & Recycling can be placed out for collection 24 hours ahead of the collection day. Per the contract, collection may begin by 6:00AM on collection day so please ensure placement before 6:00AM. Trash & Recycling toters must be removed from the street within 24 hours following collection;" and

"Bulk Items. Residents may place one (1) bulk item out for collection each week. Please make sure bulk item is placed at curb and follows same 5 foot (from cars/mailboxes) and 3 foot (from containers) guideline. Bulk items should weigh no more than 200 lbs. Construction materials or demolition debris cannot be placed out for regular or bulk collection. Mattresses that are placed out for collection must be placed in a mattress bag."

Additionally, they frequently place carts/trash on the accessibility pad.

Without even discussing previous incidents, the one occurring right now is simply unacceptable. A wooden and glass hutch was placed IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SIDEWALK, impeding walkers. During a recent storm, the wind knocked the hutch over, fully blocking the sidewalk; shattered glass was littered over the sidewalk. Nothing was done about this by the residents for several days. When action was taken, the hutch was pulled onto their front lawn, but the glass remained. THIS AREA IS A CWASD BUS PICK-UP/DROP-OFF AREA. My husband walks our child to/from the bus stop almost every day; today he noticed that the hutch is still on the front lawn, the glass is still on the sidewalk, and now there are several trash bags on the accessibility pad.

This has been an eyesore to be sure, but it has now become a question of public safety. Does the township have any ordinances/codes that could be enforced? Can someone from the municipal authority talk to these residents about proper disposal?

One neighbor not sure who put up this for Halloween and I tried to take down but can’t. I’ve almost gotten hit at night now walking my dogs. Can someone come help take down? I untied it but don’t have a ladder tall enough to get it off. Thanks.

I have reported this street light outage to PPL twice over the last two months. I believe they have come out because a few days after the report is made the light will come on for one night, but will not light up after that. The light is currently out.

The homeowner has created a blockage and garden in what is an easement for utility company access. This encroachment is at least 7' into the easement area. The actual boundary line for the property is approx. 12" behind the building in the picture. This project prevents clear access for utility service vehicles.

This is a request related to the Baseball field at South Heidelberg Run West (off Arthur drive). Conrad Weiser has so many teams playing baseball and softball that we use this field a lot. The request would be to please help us take care of the field and dug out better. The grass is bumpy and could cause injury and is full of weeds. The kids start playing Baseball / softball by mid-late march and the fields are not ready for any playing. Would it be possible for the township to fix the weed issue and drag it mid - march each year? We really need more Diamond Tex and a refresh of dirt to keep it manageable for upkeep and good for the kids. There are so many young kids in the Conrad Weiser school district now that we have 4-5 10 and under baseball/softball teams during the season and just asking for some support to get the field ready each year and keep it safe and competitive. Once it is ready, we can manage the upkeep for the most part in the Spring, Summer, and Fall with coaches and parents. Thanks for your consideration on this.

The shrubbery is over grown at frush farm on fritztown/Vinemont rd. I cant see traffic from the right to make a left turn. Please get them to trim it back and knock it down the stuff is a hazard and someone is going to get hurt as you have to pull into fritztown road to see what is coming from the right.

Tree is downed and blocking Sportsman Rd (both directions). It is just before the gun club entrance (if coming from the hospital)

My father was attacked in my parking lot by two of my neighbors while leaving my apartment on october 27th. Since then the man involved has admitted to coming out to confront my father with the baseball bat hidden under his shirt and also admitted to shouting hateful things through the floor of my apartment at me. The South Heidelberg Police Department has taken absolutely no action, they've ignored tangible evidence of crimes being committed and now my neighbors and landlord are trying to claim i've been filing false police reports. If my downstairs neighbor is not shouting faggots through the floor and telling me i'm lucky he came out with his bat and not his gun, then who is? Why isn't the police department looking into this in any serious fashion? why have my complaints and concerns about my life and safety been completely ignored and minimized by the police department? I am disabled. My fiance is autistic. I am unable to protect myself if my neighbor decides he wants to come after me with a baseball bat. The bat in the picture was meant for me. A man with one hand who is still receiving injections into his spine from injuries relating to being struck by a car.

Cars cannot stay in their lane without hitting these pine trees. The township has cut them back before and this needs to be completed again before winter weather.

Numerous lights out on Crestview Dr and the intersection with Longview Dr, very dark for upcoming Halloween night.

For the last few weeks (maybe a month or more now) there has been a section of Cushion Peak Road pavement cut up for road work and filled in with stone The stone keeps coming up and the hole across the entire road has not been sealed or filled in a long time Is there a plan to finish this project? I drive the road 2+ times everyday and it's getting ridiculous Any updates would be appreciated
