There is a homeless encampment on the property behind 105 and 101 Regency Park Drive McDonough, GA 30253. The encampment is in the woods behind Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians and Piedmont Urgent Care. They park their vehicle daily in our private parking lot (Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians), near the dumpster at the back of the building. We have found bottles of alcohol, medication bottles and lots of trash on our property. We have also witnessed them looking in employees' vehicles in the back employee parking area. The vehicle is a black & blue Ford F150 truck with a small American flag on the tailgate, License Plate TEY0766. We have Private Parking/Towing signs in the front of the lot. Law Enforcement has been called and they said there was not much they could do but advise them to park elsewhere, as they are on private property (Real Estate Agent - David Aynes 678-665-3283). After law enforcement spoke with them yesterday 11/02/2023 about moving their vehicle elsewhere, they disregarded his request and walked back into the woods. K.O. Towing has also been called, however the vehicle happens to leave before towing can get there. Then the car reappears at a later time of the day. This has been happening more frequently, and as property owners, would like to have addressed as soon as possible, for the safety of our employees and patients.
