Concerned Neighbor in Tuxedo

2208 E. 29th Street. A mangy pitbull with a big sore on its back. A young black German shepherd tied up and whining. The yard is torn up and there is dog poo everywhere. These dogs are barking all day all night. The dog owners have been talked to and messages left. The don't see that they are doing anything wrong. Seriously? These poor dogs. "They protect me" says them. What a stupid remark. These dogs will not protect you. They will protect themselves and their terirtory. Please people, neighbors, help us help these dogs and call animal services 510-535-5602 and tell them. We have been calling and they haven't done anything.they say that they need more neighbors to complain about it. Which doesn't make sense either since we have two neighbors already involved in this process.

1951 23rd Avenue. This property is an eyesore and there must be multiple violations with code compliance. This property is an old gas station in a residential neighborhood. There are numerous junked cars, debris, and hazardous substances leaking off the property into the street anď storm drain. The property is not nice to look at; a chain link fence surrounds it, junk all over the place, etc. Also there are some dogs there that bark when people walk by. Please have a coee compliance officer inspect this property and help the neighborhood by making the owner do something about this blighted propert. Thank you.
