    This lot has become a dumping ground for trash and abandoned vehicles. It is used as a late night party spot, a place to smash things and even to defecate. It is both a disgusting and hazardous lot, and not the only one on this one block street. Please help us and get the owner to address this and clean it up. The whole neighborhood deserves better than to live next to a garbage-filled open toilet.
