We installed new curb and gutter along our house but at the property line where our curb connects to our neighbors curb caused massive erosion issues in our yard as run off runs over our neighbors low curb. Neighbors curb is below the pavement elevation

Fall tree debris in ride away has been on the roadside for some time

For years now my wife and I have watched this large pine tree at the corner of Londonberry she Powers Ferry Rd continue to lean and drop large limbs into the roadway. I have made several requests to the city to investigate the removal of this tree that is in the ride away to prevent damage to motorists, power lines and once it falls to my property which is at. 5148 Powers Ferry Road. In the past the City had been very responsive at addressing these types of issues and on behalf of the growing concern of our family in again requesting the city investigate the potential removal of this tree.
