Large and very deep pothole at the start of Kennedy drive. Causing damage to vehicles using the post office or residing in Adams farm. Continues to get larger each week.

Massive pothole which is large enough to fit an entire tire in front of 9 Lakeview Ave. Surrounded by several smaller, albeit still significantly sized, potholes which in conjunction with the massive one are leading to damaged vehicles. This is an ongoing issue on this street.

Multiple very deep potholes at the beginning of Lakeview Ave. Will only get worse once winter comes.

The street light at the corner of Mountain Avenue and Main Street is blinking excessively, and has been for a couple of weeks.

15-25 potholes, all of significant size on Lakeview Ave. potholes on both sides of the road and are causing damage to vehicles

The traffic light sequence leading up and into the market basket plaza needs to be adjusted. 1-2 cars are able to take a left into the plaza before it changes. This causes a back up of over a mile. It is out of control

There are many enormous potholes outside of 9 and 13 Lakeview Ave. they are causing damage to my car, no matter how I try to avoid them. The street needs to be paved, every year it is patched and just continues to get worse.

The potholes in front of 9 and 13 Lakeview Ave. have grown to an extremely large area. They are ruining not only my car, but the cars of almost everyone that drives down the street. I have had to get an alignment on my new car as a result. Every year the town patches one or two potholes on the street, why can't they just repave the street? This has been an ongoing issue for the past few years.
