    Westbound traffic signal on Old Louisburg Rd. timing needs to be changed. It is too quick to turn back to red, allowing sometimes for only 2-3 cars to get through safely (without running the red light). I've had to sit through sometimes 2 full lights to get through because only 2-3 cars can get through in time. The wait between green lights is several minutes. When you combine this with distracted drivers who don't realize the light has changed right away, it can be frustrating and causes backups.

    This car has been parked in the same location for longer than 6 months, seemingly without being moved. It might not be functional, but it is blocking one side of the road at all times. It is inconvenient and poses a navigation problem for cars, bikers, and walkers. Please tag for towing, removal, or whatever the proper course of action is for this type of situation.
