    This water is back again. It's really not safe for parents, kids and the elderly. There has to be a more long term solution. Is there anything that can be done?

    This has been here way too long. Elderly people use this part to buy groceries. Children use this path. I slipped trying to use the bank to go around. It's a hazard and needs to be fixed.
