The storm drain system behind the first set of apartments on East Ramsdell St. Are constantly clogged and overflowing. It comes across our driveway and floods our property. It has eroded our sidewalk, eroded the yard and damaged the front door. In the winter there is a couple of inches of ice. Our neighbors are elderly and it is dangerous to wslk to the mailboxes. The city engineer came out once and said the Housing Authority needs to fix the drains. We need the drains fixed and our property repaired. We can't keep sand baging our property. It is decreasing the value of my home.
