For over a year, leaking water coming from Head Royce School south campus above Linnet Avenue flows down and has gotten much worse. The water is causing deterioration in cement in front of homes and is full of slimy growth and insects and runs down to Alida Street. Neighbors and gardeners say it is waste water. We are in a drought now and this is a terrible waste. I can't easily get into my car if parked in front because of the water. EBMUD needs to be informed as well as that the water is leaking in greater amounts. The school needs to repair this and any damage to our street. It's a health hazard and a blight on homeowners. There is a small drain at the top of Linnet Avenue that is right next to Head Royce School gate that is clogged and overflowing and needs to be cleaned out, maybe replaced.

This is the drain that is constantly clogged and overflowing outside of home and next to gate into Head Royce School property. The water floods down this side of Linnet Avenue all the way down to Alida Street. It causes cracking in cement, growth of slimy plants and insects and deteriorates the street. Neighbors believe that ground water is leaking from Head Royce Property and is getting worse.
We are going into wildfire season on top of a drought. This is a ridiculous waste of water and must be fixed. Additionally, the City of Oakland needs to come out and clean out clogged drain and evaluate next steps.

Old Datsun has been left on my street just below my home at 4215 Linnet Avenue since December 1 2017. It has no steering wheel.
