    This was reported before and marked as fixed. Last time I drove on 34t and Magnolia it was not fixed. These potholes are worse now. Please recheck to see if potholes were repaired before something bad happens.

    7th And Center Street Oakland, California - Prescott Oakland Point
    Several potholes (5) along the whole short block. This is across the street from Bart, between the Dollar Store and the Liquor store. I was almost hit by several cars while parked because they were trying to miss the many potholes along the block. This is a accident waiting to happen because of the heavy traffic.

    West Grand Between Adeline And San Pablo Streets Oakland, California - Ralph Bunche
    Eastward West Grand between Adeline and Market Street there are several - at least 10 deep potholes in the middle lane. These are deep enough to seriously damage a car and injure or kill a biker or pedestrian. These have been there for a while and show no signs of ever being repaired, they are just getting worse/ bigger/ deeper. They are bad enough to present a claim for negligence to the City of Oakland for damage or injury. I know West Oakland is always last on the list for repairs but this one needs attention for repairs ASAP or the city will eventually get attention for a claim for damage, injury or a death. Cars are having to cut out of their lanes to avoid the potholes. This is dangerous to cars or bikers in the next lane not to mention pedestrians.

    Several large 16 and 18 wheel diesel trucks are blocking 28th and Magnolia street this also blocks access for Street Cleaning and Garbage Pickup. Also blocks daily traffic and will block Emergency Response Vehicles. Sign needed for No Diesel Trucks over 4 Tons as this is not a TRUCK ROUTE.

    On Magnolia Street between 28th and 30th16 and 18 wheel Diesel trucks are lined up 4 at this time on our street idling. This is very noisy and also blocking The STREET CLEANING and GARBAGE PICKUP. You can not back out of your driveway. This is not a diesel truck route. They are coming for HODO SOY on Adeline Street.

    16 and 18 wheel diesel trucks continue to double park on this street, blocking the street creating a unsafe situation for cars having to go around them. Street is not being properly cleaned, street sweepers at having to go around them. And the noise of a diesel trucks rumbling up the street at unsafe speeds. God forbid there is an emergency on this street. How will fire trucks etc. enter this street. This issue has been reported several times with NO solution to this problem. I would like to know why?

    Huge rats everywhere. The city of oakland allowed a lot to be set up to supposedly sell plants according to the zoning sign on the fence. The lot is filthy with live chickens running around everywhere and unkept . They were growing food plants and now there are huge rats running around everywhere. The city needs to send Vector Control to investigate the infestation of rats as large as a foot long, I have seen several large rats on my property and my dogs are going crazy from the rats everywhere. Someone needs to take responsibility for what they have allowed to happen.

    Large Pothole in the left lane heading west on Adeline Street.
    I had to jam on brakes and try to swerve to miss a deep pothole but there was a car next to me so I had to drop into pot hole which has been filled but is a hole again. This is dangerous because I could have had an accident or damage to my car. If a biker runs into this hole this is a injury accident waiting to happen. I have seen several potholes in this area that have been filled but are holes again. There is another one like this on Magnolia Street and on 34th Street also.

    There is a homeless man living on the corner under blue tarps. It is an danger for oncoming traffic, because you can not see oncoming traffic from your right because he is blocking the corner, this is a hazard for pedestrians, drivers and bikers and the man because if you turn the corner too sharp you will hit his tent. Doesn't this city offer assistance to homeless people because they all seem to be in West Oakland?
