Large metal plate on the road for 3+ months. Please fix the asphalt correctly.

Yesterday, for the THIRD time in 6 months, there was a car going southbound on Vermack in the northbound lane. Luckily, DHS had already dismissed and I was able to pull up beside him in the parking lane when I made my turn from Womack. When I explained to the driver that he was on the wrong side of the road and it was a two-way street, he was truly surprised and apologetic. Please fix this before a head-on collision occurs!

Is passing legal on Womack? If not, please paint solid double yellow lines (instead of broken). I tried to google double broken yellow lines and nothing came up... Yesterday someone passed me while I was traveling the speed limit. Of course, I pulled up right behind him at the 4 way stop about 15 seconds later. He must have been going 50 to pass me. Years ago I was slowing to turn left on Womack when someone attempted to pass me. Luckily he slammed on brakes when he finally noticed my blinker, otherwise could have been tragic (who thinks to look to see if someone is passing before turning left from a neighborhood two-lane road?). If passing is legal here, I think that needs to be changed!

Lines separating two left turning lanes in intersection have not been restriped since paving. Have experienced some scary moments with drivers turning in the adjacent lane.

Is this really the best way to trim trees around power lines, ie creating a tunnel for the lines? It looks ridiculous and creates more hanging branches over the sidewalk. Shouldn't they be limbed up over the power lines? This is in front of Vanderlyn playground at Vanderlyn and Trumbull. I've seen this in other locations in the city as well.

When the stop lines were repainted at this intersection after paving, they were set back further from the intersection. It is hard to discern who is in queue at the four way stop, because approaching vehicles appear too far from the intersection to be waiting to cross. It is especially noticeable when a vehicle is on Vermack, crossing towards the high school (traveling north) and own vehicle is on Womack, traveling west. This was not an issue before the paving was done - has made a bad intesection worse.

Curbs at crosswalk are not ADA compliant. Crosswalk also needs to be repainted since paving.
