    Are there plans for improvement to Swanton Street?
    It probably been 25 years since it was resurfaced, maybe more.
    It a heavily travelled road with significant truck traffic which is now in very USAFE condition.

    Numerous potholes and craters along the length of Winchester Drive.
    Also many damaged curbs and sunken man hole covers.
    Winchester Drive is long overdue for grinding and repaving, agree ?

    For 3 years this road has been torn up. Its temporarily patched and in horrible condition.
    After 3 plus years it's worse than ever. When will this be completed. 3 plus years is inexcusable and has become a very dangerous condition.
