    City repaired leak during snow storm behind my house at 2234 Monument Ave. In doing so they broke up part of my concrete paid behind my garage. They filled it with rock and sand like substance which keeps washing away. As a result, the pad is starting to collapse . The City needs to finish the job and repair the concrete to prevent more damage.
