Big puddles of standing water in each of these yards. The water isn't evaporating or draining from the properties. These shallow standing pools of water will draw hoards of mosquitos as it provides an excellent breeding ground for them.

Thick landscaping on edge of 9th Ave N obstructs view of busy 9th Ave when entering Avenue from 27th St. Tall grass surrounding tree.

This is disgusting. Why aren't they all torn down? Rats and feces everywhere, each building is gutted, homeless and scavengers always going through them, -- how long does it take to tear this place down? Months? It's been over a month since they started and nothing gets done. And to make it worse, people are living back there in the back amongst the broken down piles of crap.

Sofa fairies must have left this outside last night.

No only is the yard full of weeds but just walking near this house smells of feces. If not for the restaurant next door, the entire block would smell foul. The fence and entire property looks in disrepair. Also, there are several kittens who are so sweet, but we should worry about their safety living on such a busy road.

The sidewalk in front of this house is entirely blocked by overgrown trees and brush.

This hauling company has been blocking the sidewalk and has vehicles impeding the avenue for two days. Thus is dangerous. As a bonus the company is incredibly rude to pedestrians trying to use the sidewalk.

As always 2318 38th Ave's yard is completely grown over, full of weeds and looking like a vacant house. Also it seems like no one on this block ever mows the section of their yard that is between the sidewalk and road. It's a wide stretch of over grown weeds all the way down to the highway and back.

Overgrown yard here and this house as well as the two next to it and several more on this and the 2200 block haven't mowed the section of land between the sidewalk and road. Looks awful.
