As President of the HOA here at Prescott Mill I Field many complaints from our homeowners of this bad intersection. My son and his friend were actually almost hit this morning by someone speeding they the intersection. In fact there is another accident at the intersection as I type this. We haven’t even gotten our entrance pediment repaired from the last accident! Please install LED flashing Stop signs for this 4-way stop. The one light blinking per sign isn’t cutting it. The safety of our kids are at stake! Here is an example link:

Sidewalk trip hazard. Sidewalk razed up over 1 inch. Been ground down before, still an issue. Directly in front of my house.

The stop sign and stop yield sign facing north (you see while driving south) up to and at the intersection of Harvey & Townsend Dr have their blinking lights out. Please replace the batteries or the light component.

Neither Bennett Ct N or S culdsacs were not salted! The rods are a sheet of black ice, very dangerous! The main roads in the subdivision have been salted/plowed.
