    Residents at 52&54 Philip St. between Van Zandt and Madison Ave. place thier trash out front on the sidewalk all week long until trash day. The trash blows all over the street and nearby properties causing a headache for other residents. It is unsanitary, and unsightly. Please inform them and enforce the law. Thanks
