Parking in no parking zoned,street lined with cars, had to dodge a little kid due to no being able to see going down hill

Snow not properly removed from side of road and is 2 1/2 ft from sidewalk into road and piled as high as the stop sign which is creating a public safety issue. Harvard street corner of maple.

Cars again are line up and impeding traffic

This is a major is issue as it only creates 1 lane to go up or down hill and a major safety issue. And its all a NO Parking
