Looking for the dog that bit my daughter last Sunday (5/21) during the Westville free swap on the W Rock Ave sidewalk. Light brown and black, medium sized, black collar. May be named something like Tombo(?) At the time it seemed like it was just a collision, but it was definitely a bite and we need to verify that the dog is up to date on its vaccinations. Somebody went up and over one of the new traffic calming islands, completely took out the Keep Right sign.

Prowler/attempted burglary: I found a stranger in my locked garage this morning gathering up small tools, etc. He'd been seen prowling neighbors' yards and looking for unlocked doors and bulkheads before breaking a window in my garage door. When confronted, he fled the scene and drove off in a black SUV (Explorer?) parked at the corner of Westwood and Yale Ave. Police were called, but he was long gone. In short, check your locks and make sure everything is secure.

POISON IVY OVERGROWING THE SIDEWALKS

The fence line along the Edgewood Ave sidewalk is being overgrown with poison ivy. Easy (and potentially dangerous for very allergic people) to come into contact while walking along the sidewalk.
