    Drainage ditch in easement behind houses on Century Dr is not draining properly. After each rain the ditch is overflowing into the yards. This started within the last month. The ditch is free of trash and vegetation. Kempsville Lake, which is directly behind house, is overflowing its banks after it rains, it is flooding over the walkway and over the banks.
