Someone has been dumping dead animals in trash bags in the alley way in which is next to my apartment building at 2223 Snyder Ave.

I live at 2223 Snyder Ave. right next to me is a abandon apartment building that is unkept illegal trash dumping all the time etc. etc. the main problem is the front door of the building is unlock somebody either force they way in or they just walk in and started to squat there in side the apartment building, on the corner of 2053 Hemberger St.There are unruly children that sit at the corner, and throw trash every where they fight and agrue among them selves they make loud noises at night they have no respect for them selves or the law parents are not there to mointor there children at night what ever happen to the enforce curfew? for under age children. Abandon building need to be lock up and boarded up people in my South Philly neighborhood still continue to illegally dump trash every where they can, trash day for me is Monday tha'ts when people start the trash dumping.

People in my South Philly neighborhood use the alley way in which my apartment is right next to it as a private bath room ,people urinate ,and also it's human feces in the alley way ,the smell is unbearable for me my wife and my son.I call Ms. Anna Verna office the staff member told me it's nothing they or the city can do about it. I live here i'm a tax payer i work every day then i have to smell that pea smell every day? it's the smell that get under my skin ,it's even worst on hot day's soon as i walk in to or out of my apartment the smell take me away people also dump trash or what ever else they can find to throw in the alley way i try to keep it clean by putting bleach water and i also try to keep it sweept ,and clean the best way that i can ,but the main problem is the people of Philadelphia they just don't care enough to respect any thing. The main problem it's a bar on the corner of 23rd & Snyder Ave. most of the problem come from the people that go to bar trash every where, no parking for people that do live in the neighborhood ,and they use the alley way as a private bath room. I've seen better days in Philadelphia when people use to take pride in cleaning up and taking care of there neighborhood not any more this city is nothing but a dumping ground people will walk past trash like it ain't nothing. All up ,and down Snyder Ave. is nothing but trash. People who leave trash in front of there business or home or what ever should be fined city council should pass a trash bill because the city is full to the top with trash.

The owner of the Day Care Center don't care, don't sweep or clean her building, some body dump old wood panels near her building and it's still there her trash can is alway's over flowing with trash the owner of the day care shows neglect of her own building when it come to cleaning her own business.

There also is a abandon car park out side the apartment building at 2053 Hemberger St. the car is a white four door Camry driver side mirror is hanging off dents on both side of the car clothes and other things scatter in side the car all four tires look like it's all flat i live at 2223 Snyder Ave. i try my best to do what i can do in keeping my area sweept and clean but its real hard you have a bar at the corner of 23rd & Snyder ave. no parking because of the people that go to the bar late at night they also play a part in throwing trash on the ground broken beer bottles etc. etc. police officers should patrol more often where i live at drug dealing kids hanging around the street corners getting in to trouble this area is bad 2053 Hemberger St. has become a dumping ground ,the city of Philadelphia have to crack down on all the trash that people dump in the city it should be fines that are enforce and hold people accountable for there trash dumping in the city of Philadelphia
