Please remove the fallen dead tree branches from the right of away. Please do not put the dead tree branches and other debris in the creek area. The creek area has become an eyesore dumping area. Please remove the dead tree branches, yard waste that have been dumped in the creek area. The August 7, 2023 storm damaged trees and caused large tree branches to fall onto the roadway and onto the right of way. This debris was removed by MaconBibb and put in the creek bed area causing a terrible unsightly dumping area. This debris needs to be removed properly to prevent further dumping. This debris has made the area very unsightly for the entire neighborhood. Thank you for correcting this situation.

Illegal dumping in the creek area of 3458-3459 Greenbriar Road. Old red sofa and maybe 40 or more vehicle tires. Greenbriar neighbors picked up bags of litter from the area but the massive dumping is down the embankment. Unable to get good picture of the large pile of tires. This debris is from large trees damaged from the August 7th storm. Very busy intersection and this situation impedes traffic when there is oncoming traffic. School children are having to walk in this overgrowth because the sidewalks have been taken over by overgrown grass and bushes. NEED SERVICE. Yard debris hasn’t been picked up since the storm of August 7, 2023. No streets in the entire subdivision has had yard debris picked up.
Lucerne, Greenbriar, Partridge, Longacre, Boxwood, Brinwood, Randerson, Dreyfus and Greenbriar Court. Calls have been made to Ryland and service was promised but no service.

Debris and large sheets of cardboard littering the roadway, sidewalk along this area. Debris could have flown or was thrown from passing vehicles. Other smaller paper and debris need to be cleaned along Edna Place from Seaton Drive and around the Greenbriar Road East/Toole Drive area. Too much litter and need Public Works to service more often. A large broken limb is hanging from a huge tall pine tree that expands over the roadway. It is very possible that broken limb will fall onto the roadway. Please have limb and/branch removed. Thank you

There seems to damaged leaning trees with branches and tree limbs hang on the sidewalk and in the roadway along Greenbriar Road near Brinwood Drive. This area is near the elementary school. Parents and students travel this area several times a day. In some areas, the sidewalks and the roadway are blocked by branches and limbs from damaged trees from storm earlier this month. Please check out and make areas safe for travel. Thank you

Very dangerous situation at this very busy area near the intersection of Greenbriar Road East near Edna Place Road. This right of way area needs urgent attention. Thank you.
