    The street work on High St is raising quite a lot of dust. They are between two apartment buildings housing elderly and disabled folks. They should be required to continuously wet down their work. Closing our windows for a week isn't practical in the current heat. I have lung disease and this work is literally making me sick.

    So…PMA moved the dumpster closer to the curb. Thanks for that! Sadly, the traffic cones and tape are still taking up the same amount of traffic lanes as before. A concerned citizen was nice enough to move them out of the way. What kind of oblivious people did they hire to do this work for them?

    The Portland Museum of Art has tying up traffic in my neighborhood all week. Trucks, buses, cars blasting music, and motorcycles have been crawling past my windows all week. The noise is maddening. There was a crane in this spot for three days and then they just left a dumpster in the middle of High Street!

    Unified Parking Partners continues to place sidewalk signs illegally. There are signs along Congress St. at Forest Ave. and at Oak St., farther from the lots than is permitted. Why are they allowed to keep doing this?
