    There is a storm drain near end of woodford st at Clifton st that looks like was never uncovered from construction. It’s been cleared of debris and water is still not draining properly and flooding street.

    Would like to request a trash receptacle in this spot. There are options for trash at all high traffic areas around back cove trail except for this one. I am constantly picking up trash in this area, but items missed blow right into bay.

    Since adding the woodford st sidewalk extension down to Clifton last year the city of Portland has not plowed this sidewalk. This is city land and going on an entire winter plus 1 storm this year. If the residents are doing their portion of the new woodford st sidewalk, the city needs to do its portion. Please get a plow crew over there and clear, it’s extremely dangerous as is.

    This stretch of woodford st is still due another layer of asphalt and line painting from the woodford intersection project. Shaw Bros looks to be all done with tarring but woodford st towards Baxter is still not completed from Summer 2017.

    The street drain at the intersection (42 Clifton st side) of Clifton and Melrose st does not drain adequately, any rain such as on Sunday floods the street and has for years. I have reported this before with no action, but this needs resolving especially with all the construction going on in this area. I have cleared this drain of debris countless times, but the issue is apparently below the street surface as it doesn't help.
