    Cabling not completed and running thru the Bradford Tree. This is on the side walk of the Estates of Foxdale before Boles Road. This looks like uncompleted work. Could be a safety issue for kids on a bike that do not see the cable hanging. This is on Bell Road on the sidewalk of the Estates @ Foxdale before you get to Boles Road.
