    Recycling is collected (or is supposed to be, in any event) in the alley between 14th Pl and 14th St.

    This is the second week in a row that recycling was not picked up in the alley on the west side of 14th Pl NE. The truck came down the street and collected the recycling from the east side of the street, but didn't come down the alley. Two week's worth of recycling in the alley has made it almost impossible to drive. Please pick up asap.
