Poor traffic configuration. Morning traffic backups for a mile in either direction. Improve traffic pattern, stagger high school and middle start times, and increase personnel. Major lane construction is not needed.

Several homes in the Lancaster Ridge development in Concord Township experience frequent power outages, which seem to occur during windy and/or rainy days. Could be an underground short!

Watch out! The water is less the 1 foot from breaching Prouty Rd. Thank goodness the Condos were removed - it was silly to build there in the first place. There's a home that's built with a room that has the stream travel under it - should be interesting to see what Mother Nature will do to the landscaping or if the architecture withstands the onslaught. Hope no one gets hurt. I've never seen the water come over the @#$% with such fury. The lake (more like a pond) needs to be dredged so that it can contain more water. Otherwise, Prouty Road, properties and utilities near the stream will be threatened with every major storm. There the potential for a small hydro power project in this area. It will be interesting to see what happens at his location; good or bad, something will happen in the near future.

The school traffic zone on Prouty Rd. for Hershey Montessori School is a small zone with blind spots just outside of the zone. Drivers are continuously speeding of upwards of 40 mph through the zone during warning hours. The south side of the zone is below a steep grade with a bend, which creates a blind spot for people pulling out and turning into the school parking lot. There is not much reaction time for drivers coming from the south or entering and exiting the school parking lot. In addition, the northern side of the school, which includes a fire department, is an upward grade toward Rt. 84. Drivers coming from Rt. 84 pickup speed with the downhill grade and pass through the fire department zone and faster yet through the school zone.
A sheriff deputy is needed to set a speed trap for several days, followed by a radar speed warning device for an extended period of time. Please address this issue before a truck or SUV speeds through and "T-bones" a small car, killing a parent and small children.
