Glen Cove Pkwy between Wellfleet (other side of Pkwy) and Saybrook on walking path (behind AT&T service box). This orange cone has been left in a hole since 2020 when Phase 1 of relandscaping began Is work still being done on the hole or can it be filled in so that it's not a hazard and cone removed?

Can this straw wattle be moved now that it's been uncovered by recent trimming? It was placed by City last year when road was dug up running electrical to Monument, then it rained, and then it flooded 1 time occurrence (no other wattles along GCP). Just something else left by workers and never picked up

Corners at GCPkwy and Antigua appear beautiful and green Closer look, corners are lush with weeds and very little grass No wonder with the amount of watering mid-day (notice runoff down sidewalk and into drain).

Into 4th year of phase 1 of relandscaping, 6 months since tearing up Pkwy to run electrical to Monument, and 1 month since repairing said torn up Pkwy to run electrical, Monument STILL has no electricity to light it at night
