The storm drain on the north side or Clarendon at 137 st n and the stormdrsin on the south side of Clarendon at 137 st n are both completely obstructed. This is an ongoing issue.

is there a paticular reason the department of corrections employees don't pick up the trash in the medians before they mow over every bit if it and chop it up into hundreds of pieces now blowing all over Ulmerton road. Very sad!!!!!

Could you please advise why it is taking so long to fix the roadway issues all along oakhurst/137 st n and claredon road. Suncoast Paving was out, turtled the road and halfway repaved it. Now they packed up and left and the entire triangle is still ground down asphalt while oakhurst is half done and side streets multiple layers of asphalt. This has to be one of the longest construction projects done by Pepper. In addition the new sidewalk that was put in by Pepper still floods (as documented in the previous report I created which has been closed and archived without resolution). It was installed with a "V" and will always hold water. LETS DO THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!

Northbound lane is damaged. It has been this way in excess of 3 years. The damaged is costing the residents $$$$$ due to the repeated shots to a vehicles suspension. Please fix the road. The cost to repair is a fraction of the cost to all of us who transit this road who have to repetitively pay for new vehicle suspension components and 4 wheel alignment.

This depression is in the vicinity of a drainage pipe. Could you please request a repair that doesn't have to be repaired over and over and over. The pothole subsequently costs all motorists $$$$$ due to the repeated shots to a vehicles suspension. Please find out why the road keeps sinking and fix it. DON'T JUST PATCH IT AND WAIT FOR THE NEXT COMPLAINT.

Safety reflector down - median curb

Multiple safety reflectors damaged at the corner of 131 St N and 86 Ave N. An area heavily traveled by students to Bauder Elementary School, Seminole Middle School and Seminole High School

Pieces are hanging off of the traffic light. Light is for eastbound traffic on park blvd at Seminole Blvd.

Multiple reflectors down along the crosswalk on 86 Ave N - south side of Circle K - west of 131 St. N. Safety issue for the students who transit through that area multiple times a day.

Reflector in the median is broken

Traffic light at von and,Walsingham still is not functioning properly. Turn light for west bound Walsingham to southbound vonn never had a flashing yellow cycle. 2230 hrs on Sunday.

Drains are plugged again. This is an ongoing problem and results in flooding each time it rains of any significance.

Pepper construction has recently been installing sidewalks along oakhurst road between approx 89 ave and 94 ave n. There is an area at oakhurst Rd and claredon - west side if the road that is not elevated or pitched to have water run off. A "v" was created was subsequently holds water and floods. It us evident from the dirt left in the specific location after each rainfall. It has flooded every time we receive rain. Could you please re-evaluate this area and consider re-pouring again so that the water drains properly. Thank you.

Turn Signal from westbound ulmerton to southbound 131 st n is too short. Causes excessive traffic backups.

The storm sewer grates, on the north side and south side of claredon road at 137 st n. are blocked.
