Forest Hill Ave east bound between Powhite and Bliley Rd. The entire east bound side just after the tracks is some of the worst road in the city, but for sure in south Richmond. I understand they have been installing the new water line for almost a year, but there are so many potholes in the right lane it isn't even funny. It will rattle your teeth right out of your head if your doing the speed limit through that section. Hopefully this can be addressed soon with the mild weather expected over the next week!
