    This recycling cart at another set of apartments is also filled with household garbage. Wouldn't it be easier to just emptied them when you empty the garbage. Instead of making a smell them and report them. You guys just don't want to do any work.

    You guys gave recycle bins to the apartments filled with college kids. They fill it with trash then you don't empty it. This is obviously household garbage. Please come pick it up. Usually this takes 3 weeks why not do your job the first time. Privatization can not come soon enough. There is also trash you left around the can.

    There is no cut curb at this location. Despite this these two cars are parked in that yard every day. This means they drive over both the curb and the sidewalk. I have called this in to the police but no one tickets or warns them because no one cares. It will destroy the sidewalk over time. It is a hazard because it's next to an elementary school where kids don't expect to look for cars on the sidewalk. It is also generally unattractive for the neighborhood. Please have someone begin to enforce rules about driving and parking on sidewalks

    Renters at this location placed garbage in a recycling bin it has been sitting there for three weeks. I figured since today was the third week they would've picked it up. But no it's too difficult to do that one thing they just left it again. If you guys are going to be such sticklers about this don't give recycling bins two renters they put trash in them all the time and then there left all the time. The guys to pick up trash know that if it's got trash in it recycling won't take it just empty the garbage it's your job.

    If you look at porch you will notice separation of the facade boards on the porch beam. This is directly below long standing water damage and unrepaired rot. This is a structural problem and needs to be repaired. Porch column above this also appears to be collapsing.

    331 college. Renters leaving cart in right of way. On college street the right of way is 80 feet wide. This cart needs to be on the front porch if they want to leave it in the yard. This is the only cart that gets left out on the street/in the front yard from mercer to riverside. Thanks for helping preserve one of mascons great downtown neighborhoods.
