Temporary road is coming apart there are lot of deep holes and exposed manhole covers

Roadway is coming apart at Briton and Bay Colony dr where the temporary Road has been installed for the past six months in addition we are concerned that there was no progress in this might be a permanent roadway very dangerous manhole covers in the right-hand westbound Lane. Is there a timetable for a safe permanent repair? Thanks

Numerous large holes between Bay Colony Drive and Cavalier on YORK LANE pretty much the same pot holes that are patched every other month open right back up again that road is pretty dangerous thanks
